Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This policy explains what data OneSpark collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language on purpose.
Overview
OneSpark is a platform that turns product ideas into planned, designed, built, and tested applications. To do that, we need to store the content you give us and a small amount of account and usage data. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your project content for advertising.
Data we store
- Account information. Your name, email address, and profile picture, as provided by the sign-in provider you use (for example, Google).
- Project content. The ideas, descriptions, and context files you submit, and everything the platform produces from them — plans, documents, designs, generated code, and deployed previews.
- Usage data. Basic operational records such as when features were used, generation activity, and error logs. We use these to keep the service reliable and to enforce plan limits.
- Billing records. Your subscription tier and invoice history. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Sign-in and billing
Authentication uses trusted third-party sign-in (such as Google OAuth). We receive only your basic profile (name, email, picture) — never your password. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe; Stripe stores your payment details under its own privacy policy, and we store only the resulting subscription state.
How we use your data
- To provide the service — planning, designing, building, and testing your projects.
- To operate your account, subscription, and plan limits.
- To keep the platform secure and debug failures.
- To contact you about your account or important service changes.
Your project content is processed by the AI models that power the platform solely to generate results for you.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete a project, its content is removed from the live platform; residual copies in encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us — we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to us and we will honor these rights promptly; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Beta notice
OneSpark is currently in beta. Features — including data handling details — may change as the platform evolves. We will update this policy when they do, and material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently. Continuing to use OneSpark after a change means you accept the updated policy.
